WORKING WITH INSURANCE
While we don't work with insurance companies directly, we are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We cannot, however, guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse for this procedure. We do recommend calling your insurer in advance to inquire about their reimbursement policy.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
